Yes, you can use one licence on multiple computers, but note that it cannot be done simultaneously. Please deactivate the licence on the first computer before activating it on the second one.
In order to deactivate the key, please launch Combin, click Subscription at the upper application menu and pick ‘Deactivate subscription’. Note that deactivation process can take up to 30 minutes.
Combin supports simultaneous management of up to 15 accounts. Specify the number of accounts you would like to manage (up to 10 or up to 15) in the subscription form details when acquiring or upgrading Business plan.
Note that Business subscription extension cannot be downgraded. In case you want to reduce the number of managed accounts to 10 or 5, you need to firstly cancel the subscription and acquire a new one, with smaller number of accounts supported.
Combin subscription can be cancelled anytime up until the day of the next scheduled payment. In order to cancel the subscription follow the steps below:
Open the cancellation page.
Copy your subscription key into the required field.
Click Next.
Pick the reason why you decided to cancel.
Click Unsubscribe.
