The application returns Error 1, how to fix it?

This error appears when a stable Internet connection is failed to be established. Repeat the following steps in order to fix:

1. Open the Preferences settings (Menu > Tools > Preferences) and disable the 'Start automatically when the system is started' option.

2. Reboot the computer.

3. Connect to the Internet, disable the antivirus/firewall program or add Combin to its whitelist.

4. Launch Combin.
